LIVE STREAM: The Great American Eclipse of 2017

Not able to head outside? This livestream will take you coast-to-coast during today's eclipse

August 21, 2017

Don't have eclipse glasses? You can view the event live online. Plus, this is a great way to experience today's awesome event from coast-to-coast.

Unlike the last North American solar eclipse, the advent of the internet has made today's eclipse so much easier. So NASA is live streaming the entire event today:

NASA's coverage will head from Oregon to South Carolina this afternoon as the event moves from the West Coast to the East Coast. Live reports from other states like Idaho, Nebraska, Missouri, and more will happen during their live broadcast.

Go ahead: you can put this stream on your computer screen at work today. It's the first solar eclipse in 99 years. Tell your boss that we said it was OK to watch.
